The Gym

Last year I went to the gym every single day and I looked and felt much better. I am going to lose weight and will start tracking my progress and posting pictures. I am currently 150 pounds and I am a size 6/8.

My goal this week is to go to the gym everyday and burn 300 calories. That will be a total of 2,100 calories which would be really really nice!

I am working the next two days so I will have to wake up early and motivate myself to go to the gym. Usually 300 calories only takes half an hour, so hopefully it will not be too bad.

Friday - 300 calories, Elliptical, Treadmill, and Rowing Machine.

  3. You have to go by your height to not just your weight. I think bone structure has a something to do with your weight too. Any way I wish you luck in your goal to be healthy :)

    One good thing I know of is making sure all of your body and thoughts are together. Don't forget your mind. Blogging is a great way to keep a record of how you are doing.

    and thanks ima girl, im really liking blogging. I find it keeps me motivated and is pretty relaxing. I think I have medium bone structure, from the tests i did online haha

  6. 5"11, abnormally tall and get crap from my friends all the time haha...i'd personally love to be 5"4 ;p
