Today was awful

Such a bad day, I am so depressed with my family situation and I spent the night there as well I have to tonight too. It is awful and I am not so sure what to do, I only have a year left of college but I am beyond frustrated. I am so annoyed im considering dropping out of school and getting a full time job and moving out. Oh, and I really am a level headed person, it just is that bad.

I went to the gym today and burned 300 calories, which is good. It took me longer and I feel exhausted but at least I did it. I ate really well today though !


Breakfast- cheese string & coffee
Lunch- pancakes (homemade with whole wheat flour)
Dinner- pea&carrots&lima beans, and 2 tablespoons of peanut butter & 4 crackers
As well, I had maybe 2 glasses of juice today.
I always do things so drastically so I know I should eat more but I'm really liking how I'm looking. Plus, I'll probably eat tonight .. nights are mostly where I get my calories from .. I need to stop that haha

  2. Don't drop out of school. I'm 18 and I left school about 3rd term of year 11. I just didn't like my school and rather finish it through tafe, I haven't been fortunate enough to get inti it yet since I've been so busy... About your weight loss, I know it's hard, though I've lost 13 kg (28 pounds) I feel better than ever and I know it's achievable, you CAN do it. :) just keep wiling on it.. You're eating more at night time than you are during the day, which isn't good. You need the energy and calories during the day, not at night. Maybe have oats, with a coffee but no sugar and little milk, if you pile green tea, have that, green tea is really good for you, its full of antioxodants and premiers weight loss.. Have a lot off fruit instead of juice, about a quarter of a glass of orange juice is equal to one orange, so you're much better to just have an orange. Drink LOTS of water, stretch, exercise and make sure you sleep well. It sounds complicated, but really once you adapt to tue lifestyle, it's really not. I wish you good luck, I'll be motivating, giving you advice along your way. I applaud you fir wanting to lose weight and get healthy, people like you inspire me. :) keep up the good work!! X.
