Today was a pretty good health day, except for breakfast I had two bites of cheesecake. I did go to the gym and burned 300 calories on the elliptical. As well, I worked and had to be on my feet for 7 hours, hopefully that burned a lot of calories too. Now I just have to motivate myself to do it all again tomorrow !
Keep with it. It takes tons of determination, commitment and willpower.

I started working out in December 2006. I was at 205 pounds at 5' 10". I am now at 157 which is where I should be.
I do cardio, weight training and I watch my diet very closely. I count calories. I eat about 2200 calories a day.
since I am male I don't want to just lose weight (fat) I also want to gain muscle - so my intake of protein is very high.
I keep seeing it as one day at a time. And i value how I will feel later. I had some pie today, which I feel awful about.
ReplyDeleteYou have lost a lot of weight ! It's so encouraging to hear stuff like this. I want to lose between 10 and 15 pounds, and just tone up and eat healthier.
